Deciduous shrub or small tree. Slow growing with upright, oval form. Small dark-green oval leaves. Abundance of deeply lavender-colored flowers throughout summer. Smooth, tan mature bark. Orange/red fall color. The letters Std following this Crape Myrtle tree variety indicate how the tree has been pruned. A Std (short for Standard) Crape Myrtle tree has been pruned up into a single trunk form.
