Description
Deciduous tree. Fast growing. Native to the desert areas of California and Arizona. This specimen has a straight, central trunk with branching starting closer to the base of the tree. Small, bluish green leaves on uniquely twisting, thorny branches. Profuse yellow flowers bloom in spring. Branches work will in flower arrangements. Moderate to low water needs once established.
