Description
Evergreen perennial. Blue-green strappy leaves on branching stems form compact mounds. In spring, frilly bright white flowers form on slender stems. Sweetly fragrant. Cut spent flower stems to encourage reblooming. Low to moderate water needs in well-drained soil once established. Hardy to -20°F and below.
