Description
Semi-evergreen perennial shrub. Leathery, oval, gray-green leaves on a low mounding shrub. Unique two-tone flowers have cobalt-blue button centers surrounded by white to lavender colored powder-puff “crowns” Bloom occurs summer through fall. Moderate to low water needs inland; zero to no water at the coast once established in well drained soil.
