Description
Evergreen shrub or groundcover. Low spreading habit. Leaves are a unique lobed form best described as either fern-shaped or oak-shaped. New growth is bronzy-red and ages to dark green. Bright red, tubular flowers form on a toothbrush shaped head appear from winter thru mid-summer. Works well for rock garden, border or groundcover. Like many other Australian natives, little to no fertilizer is required. If any fertilizer is used, it is important that it have little or no Phosphorus. Drought tolerant once established.
