Description
Evergreen shrub. Wide spreading branches, fast growth. Bright green, needle-like foliage. 3 inch red flowers almost resembling a toothbrush bloom winter through spring. Low water needs once established. Needs well draining soil. Hardy to 20-25 degrees F.
