Description
Evergreen shrub or tree. A hydrid of Ilex aquifolium and Ilex cornuta. Moderate growth rate. Dense pyramidal form easily lends itself to pruning into a tree shape. Moderate-sized, bright-green leaves with prickly edges. Small white flowers in spring. Although a female plant, it does produce some red berries in winter. Deer resistant. Moderate water needs in well-drained soil once established.
