Description
Evergreen shrubby tree. Pruned to have a single trunk. Spanish variety brought to California in the 1800’s. Self-pollinating. This widely used table olive has large fruit. Oil output is low. The flavor has been described as subtle green with fruity overtones. Cold hardy. Low water needs once established.
