Description
Deciduous perennial. Can be invasive, spreading by underground rhizomes; or grow in containers Purplish-brown and silver leaves grow on bright red stems. Older foliage will turn to a beautiful green. White flowers bloom from mid-summer to early fall. Attracts butterflies and other beneficial pollinators. Deer resistant. Tolerant of clay soil, but requires good drainage. Moderate water needs once established. Requires good drainage. Hardy to 0°F.
