Description
Deciduous shrub. Can be pruned as a small rose tree. Usually kept as a 3 foot shrub. Somewhat spreading slightly pendulous habit. Deep glossy green foliage. Extremely long-lived brilliant scarlet semi-double flowers appear in large pyramidal clusters. Moderate water needs with well-drained soil once established.
