Description
Evergreen perennial. Shrubby habit. Dark green, quilted leaves have rusty undersides. Deep blue flowers in short clusters on short stems bloom in the summer. Attracts bees and hummingbirds. Deer resistant. Low to moderate water needs in well-drained soil once established. Hardy to 25-30°F.
