Description
Deciduous perennial. Basal rosettes of ovate, glossy, dark green leaves. Tiny pinkish-purple flowers appear in dense spikes atop mostly leafless stems rising well above the foliage in summer. Deer resistant. Moderate water needs in well-drained soil once established. Hardy to 0°F.
