Description
Evergreen shrub. Openly branched, somewhat spreading habit. Dark green velvety leaves with a strong reddish-purple underside. Small violet flowers in short clusters bloom on shoots in late summer and fall. Attracts butterflies and honeybees. Moderate water needs once established in well-drained soil. Hardy to 20- 25°F.
