Description
Deciduous shrub. Fast growth. Elongated green leaves. Clusters of creamy white flowers bloom in spring. Blossoms give way to edible deep purple berries used in pies, wine, jellies, and jam. Ripens in early August. Attracts bees and birds. Moderate to regular water needs in well-drained soil once established.
