Description
Evergreen perennial. California native. Appealing heart-shaped solid green leaves with bold veins grow into attractive low mounds. Great for adding color to shade gardens, or statement mass plantings. Delicate pinkish-white flower stalks rise above the foliage and bloom midsummer through fall. Deer resistant. Moderate water needs once established; do not let dry out between watering. Requires good drainage. Hardy to 0°F.
