Description
Semi-evergreen perennial grass. Evergreen in mild climates. Also known as melinis nerviglumis. Blue-green grassy foliage forms a clump. Showy pink flowers or seed heads bloom about a foot above the foliage in spring and summer. Good in seaside gardens. Moderate water needs in well-drained soil once established. Hardy to 20-25°F.
