Description
Deciduous perennial. Fern-like blue-green foliage is delicate and dense. Beautiful ornamental qualities and edible properties. Young tender leaves are a delicious addition to soups and salads. Eye catching egg-shaped deep red flowers bloom above the foliage mid-summer through fall. Deer resistant. Moderate water needs once established. Tolerates clay soil, but requires good drainage. Hardy to 0°F and below.
