Description
Deciduous tree. Fast growth. Umbrella shaped with arching spreading branches. Vivid pink flowers with long petals with a slight twist that hang below the branches. Coppery-red glossy peeling bark. Dark green leaves are lance-shaped and tapered. Flowers are followed by cherry-like fruit. Moderate water needs in well-drained soil once established.
